Luminaire symbole disappears when rotating in 3d/2d

Hello Autodesk Community,

I'm currently facing an issue in Revit regarding luminaire families. When i draw a luminaire family, it is visible in 3D as well as in 2D with its symbol. However, upon tilting the luminaire, the symbol disappears.

The attached images 01 and 02 show the inclined luminaire tube in red and the non-inclined (vertical) luminaire tube in blue.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known solution or workaround to ensure that the symbol remains visible even after tilting the luminiare in Revit.

Any assistance or insights would be greatly appreciated.

I've seen your answer, unfortunately in the answers found on the forums they refer to ceiling installations in the project this is not the case it is vertical luminaires outside the ceiling.

in the family, is the "Symbol" a Detail item, Model Lines, Symbolic Lines...?

I'm guessing the symbol is made from Symbolic lines. symbolic lines are only visible in the plane they were drawing in. so if you rotate the light, the "linework" goes away.
