Linking Auto - Origin to Origin Issue

Hello everyone,

We are starting a project using Revit 2019 and when linking a model into our template using Auto - Origin to Origin the ProjectBasePoint is changing position in relation to the building. Generally the Coordinates are fine after acquiring them from the linked model but occasionally these also change. 

Has anyone had similar issues? How did you fix these issues.
