level offset

I've never had this issue before, im trying to offset levels but when i open the offset tool i cant select existing level lines. im sure this is a basic problem but ive never ran into it and I cant find anything when searching for it.

It looks to me like the offset tool cannot be used on levels. Tested in 2017.

I feel like ive done it before but i must be imagining it because i'm gonna agree with you that it cant be done, seems kind of odd that you cant do that but oh well.

You probably used pick line tool with an offset value to draw a new level based on an existing one.

It works when creating a new level but when using the Command Offset with an existing level it won't work.

Offset command will work with lines and beams.
