when placing a tag turn leader off.

the text box in the family and where the leader line is placed in relation to the body of text drives how it is positioned

try changing the Leader / Border offset to a smaller increment

Edit the family and turn on Annotation categories to see if any box or lines are there.

Thanks, but this was not the problem. The problem was the position of each label in the family, i centered the text in the family and gone right.
