Issue : Arrow keys are reversed

Hello everyone,

I have a small problem i wish any one could help 
in revit 2019, when i open a 3d view and try to move an element and i pressed down arrow key it goes up! 
that's happened out of blue but that's occurring with arrow up and down not right and left ones
Any one have an explanation for that and what is the solution for?

please make sure the orientation cube is well oriented to the top and also your keyboard may have something wrong with these buttons or your 3D is locked or you trying to move certain family causes the wrong direction.

Thanks for your answer. I checked that, but it every thing is ok but the problem is still there.

To solve this problem rotate the keyboard 180°, you're welcome ;-).
