Is there a shortcut to get to Routing Preferences?

Maybe it's just be me, but I feel that Routing Preferences is buried too deeply into the User Interface:

First have to go into Systems, then press Duct, Then go to the properties menu, and Press, "Edit Type", and finally Routing Preferences' "Edit" Button to open the menu.

When I'm laying duct, it always seems that I'm spend more time getting into that menu than anything else.

If I need to go to routing preferences I usually do that through the project browser (Ducts under the families). Select the duct , 'edit type' and than 'routing preferences'.

However I rarely have to be there. Routing preferences are normally setup in the project templates. So in many cases I do not need to change them during the project.

Yeah.. that's what I've been doing, but it's just too many clicks for my liking.

Our company is just adopting Revit, so I'm basically flying by the seat of my pants and our designers want Revit to look exactly like cad, as well. Plus what used to take me a work day in Cad is now takes me a week in Rivet.

Anyways.... the Auto Route never does what the Designer red marked (combined with me not really knowing how to set it up) So, I'm forced to place duct manually and often have to play with Fitting selections to get the look that they are used to seeing/wanting and also often to just to get Revit to draw the stuff in, without those there is no room errors (cancel or delete fitting?....cancel.).

Once your company gets a solid template that everyone can use, no one should really have to go to that setting.
