Is there a faster way to attach a sprinkler head?

I couldn't find an answer to this. And its kind of driving me crazy.

I have the pipes for a large sprinkler system modeled and ready to host a lot of pendant sprinklers. When I place a sprinkler it will host to the face of the pipes just fine, but wont attach to the system. 

For the sprinkler to attach I have to drag it off, and then drag it back on before MEP creates a pipe fitting for me and attaches the the pendant properly.

I could go through doing this for each head, but it will take me a much longer time and I would rather make sure there isn't a better way.

Try the "Connect into" button. Click the sprinkler head then click the "Connect into" button then click the pipe. Works great for me. You still have to click each head but it goes much faster.

It is not working with large number of sprinkler like " 2035" sprinklers as example.
So is there any fast method to reconnect them to pipe.
