Including levels in a light-fixture schedule?

Hi all,

I'm trying to make a light-fixture schedule for a large Revit file that shows the counts for each level/floor (broken down by fixture type). However for some reason, the column for the "Level" field shows up blank, and this continues to happen no matter how many times I do it. Does anyone have any experience with this, or even just some general advice/tips?

All help is appreciated :)!

Thanks in advance,

If you have "itemise every instance" unchecked, but family instances have different values then the entry will be blank because Revit doesn't know which value to display.

What you need to do is sort the schedule using Level as the sorting criteria.
