IFC doesn't export zones and spaces of a specific phase

Revit 2015 (and only 2015!), IFC exporter 15.6.0, MVD - IFC2x3 GSA 2010

We have a model with several phases. In each phase we have own set of spaces and zones. The issues are:

1. Zones don't belong to phases. They have this parameter, but you see them all together in the system browser and schedules.

2. During IFC export we get correct building constructions, but incorrect zones and spaces - they are exported all together. IFC model contains even space boundaries for those "virtual" spaces. As the result - absolutely inappropriate IFC model.

HI Ngerasim,

It sounds like #2 stems directly from #1, but I assume you specified the phase to export in the exporter? If that doesn't work maybe you could send me a small example of the issue and I will investigate.
