Hi everyone,

I have a troubled to determined total number of lights (as attached) that can be included on the circuit until it exceeds 80% of load rating?

I have assigned the circuit to specific panel and got confused how to set the load rating.

Appreciate if someone can help me to solve the problem 🙂

Thank you!

I'm not sure what you're asking...

If you're asking how to set the load of the circuit, the load is determined by the sum of the loads of all the devices connected to the circuit. So you have to be sure the loads in each device are correct.

If you're asking how to set the rating (maximum load) of the circuit), you do this by selecting the circuit and setting the Rating in the properties.

Unless you've disabled it, Revit will warn you when you exceed the circuit rating.  If you don't want to rely on that, or on simply knowing that you have (fixture VA) * (fixture quantity) = 1920 or less (assuming 20A/120V circuits), you can create a circuit schedule that will give you the circuit rating, connected load, and from that you can calculate the percent the circuit is loaded.  You can even make the circuits that are over 80% highlight in red using the Conditional Formatting.
