How to pull grid bubbles on a view?

I inserted a view of a room on a crowded drawing and need to make room by pulling the grid bubbles closer to the crop region. How do you move grid bubbles on a view?

Have you tried turning on annotation crop or, if it is on, adjusting the extents?

Rob

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Yes annotation crop is on. I adjusted the extents and it helped a little but extents can't move any closer or I will crop my view too much. Any other way to shorten bubbles on view any further?

Please see the highlighted icons in the screen shot below.

The one at the bottom needs to display "2D". If it says 3D, click it once.

The one at the junction of the line and the bubble is the grip for adjusting the location. Drag and drop.

The lock symbol is the alignment lock. Aligned bubbles will all move together.
