How to load Database in Revit?

I am unable to load a Database into Revit 18.3, for using the Revit Fabrication.

Other databases are there, but one of them is not present.

You need to load it in a fabrication product of the same year first. So for Revit 2018 you need to load the database in ESTmep 2018 or FabricaitonCAD 2018 once before it will show up in Revit.

Yes, I have loaded the Database in Fabrication, but it is not there,
other databases are present except this particular one.
