Hello this is almost impossible.
It is best te recreate this manually in an external program/excel.

unfortunately, I find that in a lot of regulatory type requirement. They have really old standards/formats for things, and it is hard to accommodate all of them. Revit will get you 80-90% there, but there are just some things, that these old requirements want, that can't be done.

in some of these cases we are able to work with the client. We explain were using Revit, and why we prefer to use Revit, and how it works. we can sometimes get them to accept the Revit schedule if we can show the same information is there, it's just in a different place. Sometimes they work with us, sometimes they don't. but its worth a shot....

I've found that using DiRoots to dump electrical circuit scheduling data to Excel, making what changes I can and bringing it back in allows me to use the circuit data while presenting in another format/view type. But the better long answer is to get the authority to update their table.
