How to create a simple annotations like this in Revit? see screenshot

Hi, i'd like to create a simple anmnotations for generic parts in Revit drawing sheets...I've already searched in Revit families for this annotation that should be common in the drawings everywhere but I can't find it.

The annotation I want to add in my drawing is the classic circle with the number inside and the line that refers to the part..like in a classic BOM (beam of materials).  see screenshot
