How to control the rotation of the Label of a annotation Family

Hello Everybody!

I'm currently facing a problem wich i can't solve 

I have my electrical fixtures properly modeled, and they are represented in plan view through an annotation family.
The problem i have is that the text of the label (wich show the power of the electrical fixture) is being wrongly positioned.
I'm atacching a picture in wich this problem is better explained.

I wish that the unselected electrical fixtures labels are represented the same way that the selected ones are

If I understand what you're looking for, then you can do the following: 

Go into your family annotation symbol, then without selecting anything, have a look at your properties pallet inside the family editor. Change the parameter values as shown below.

Next, select the label which you created and change the parameters as shown below:

This will then leave you with then end result as shown below. Is this what you're looking for?
