How to change dimension from mm to cm,not using the project unit command

How to change dimension from mm to cm,not using the project unit command.

Beacause i do not want to change my pipes height into "cm".

Can someone help me ?

Edit the type properties of the annotation you are placing.

In there, change the Units format to not match the project settings but to whatever you like.

As always, duplicate first so your earlier placed annotations don't change as well.
