How to align each bend of duct or have same bend everywhere

Hi,

Maybe is a basic question but I'm trying to "connect into" (because I don't know other way of connecting two objects with ducts) element number 1 (FCU) to the element number 2 (blue lamer air supply grille). But even though the distances between elements is equal, every time I connect into I get a different bend. (see pic below)

Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous ,

If I am not wrong, while we use "Connet into", Revit will automatically determine the routing and its fittings based the duct type you connecting into.

And if you want the duct routing in a specific way, just select Air Terminal and click on the connector (or right click on the grid point) and model it in the way you want. And you are facing difficulty to model the offset in the plan view, you can try to model it in the section view as well. (Note: Flexible duct cannot be drawn in the section view.)

Existing duct and Air Terminals can be connected by just drag and drop.

Hope I answered your question.
