Host survey point and link survey point is not aligned

Hi guys, kindly please help here. I am creating a new project so our team can start doing the MEP model and in the process of linking the arch and structure model. The process that I did is, at first I tried linking the arch model using auto shared by coordinates but the problem is a few seconds it says that there is no shared coordinates in the project so Revit will put it auto center center. I undo and link again the arch model, this time i used auto project base point to project base point. Then after that what I did is, I acquire the coordinates of the linked model to use it to the host model. I managed to align it and checked the coordinates of the link and host, it is the same. So it's good. Now I linked another model, auto pbp to pbp again. but this time, I used Publish coordinates to apply it to the newly link model. The issue now is, the survey point is not aligned but the project base point is align. Please see image below.

You will noticed on the images that the N/S and E/W are all good but the elevation is not. I wonder if the process that I am doing to link the model is correct or not. Please experts, help me setup the project correctly and here is the coordinates from them btw.

Thanks guys and more power.

Hello,

It looks like they are ok. If you want to match, open the file that you published the coordinates, unclip the survey point and insert the elevation value manually, you can copy and paste from the other model.

When you acquire or publish coordinates, I suggest you unclip the survey point before doing this action.

I prefer to link origin to origin and then acquire or publish coordinates. Then I may have two ways to check the position of the models, by origin or by shared coordinates.
