having boxes auto size with text

Hi All

Is there a way to have the box around my equipment tag family to autosize by the text inside it or it has to be the same size for all equipment tags?

Nope. There no way to associate elements with the boundary or extents of Text. You can either enable "Show Border" for the Text Type, or you can create different Types to account for the different size (which will be manually controlled, of course).
