getting error when insert family with txt file

im trying to insert a revit family with txt file and get those error. im assuming that something in the txt file is wrong. how can i fix it?

Try changing the header in the text file from POUNDS to POUNDS_FORCE and then attempt importing the family.  This was a change in Revit 2021, probably the family is older version than that.

I'm not an expert at this, but try changing the top highlighted image to  pounds_force   and see if that works.

Do as @dtiemeyer says but you should open the text file in a spreadsheet program as a comma delimited file.

That way you'll see the columns properly and then you'll see which column header to edit.

Save the file as a comma separated file (CSV) and then in windows explorer change the filename extension from .csv to .txt
