Generation of MEP schematics from Revit model

Hi All,

I was wondering if it's possible to automatically create a schematic diagram of any system (be it electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC) in revit based on the systems and connections that we have created within model?

If it is, could anyone kindly explain how is it done?

Not OOTB RVT as far as I know... there are addins you can look at though. Design Master Electrical comes to mind.
