Flex Patterns - Is it possible to create new?

Similar to the way you can create your own line patterns and hatches, is there any way to create your own flex patterns?

I would like a few more options beyond the 7 or 8 that are provided (Single Line, Oval, Flex, Curve, etc.)

This is not possible in Revit,you cannot create new flex pattern.
