Flex duct size from source

Is there a way to have Revit pick the size of the flex duct by using the size of the duct or diffuser it is connecting to instead of having to select it each time? I used Intelicad for so many years which did this and I'm still forgetting select it.

Right click the end of the rigid duct and from the pop-up menu select Draw Flex Duct. It should adopt the size of the rigid duct.

For air terminals right click the connector and again choose Draw Flex Duct from the menu.

Now I wish I'd asked that 4 years ago. It doesn't work for fabrication duct, but it sure works for the terminals and will connect to the fab duct.  Route and fill and and multipoint routing are the only duct options. Thanks.

Okay, I was referring to Revit system ducts, not fab duct.
