File error form Architect

I'm trying to set of a new MEP file by referencing a file from and architect but I'm getting an error that says "the central model file 1 and file 2 cannot be found, perhaps due to a lost network connection" I recently downloaded these two files from a drop box account and when I open either file I'm missing floor plan layouts. how can I fix this?

You need to open the architectural models, detach them from central, then re-save them as new central models.  The versions you have are still trying to find a central model on either the dropbox server or the architect's internal server.  Once you've detached and saved they'll path to the locations you have linked in your model.
