A client asks me what`s the difference between Breaker and Feed Through Lugs, like always I going to make some tests on how it works and what does not work with these features.
Here is a quick video about the subject and what's wrong with this Feed Through Lugs.
What I found out is that the Feed Through Lugs does not work with Circuit Naming. And for some reason, the Icons of the Breaker and Feed Through Lugs are missing in Revit 2023...
Probably nobody uses Feed Through Lugs or didn't know that they exist, this is a really specific case to create a circuit without a Breaker.
Sometimes I think Autodesk does not care about the Electrical part in Revit.
The best feature is the Circuit Naming added in Revit 2021 (Switch Phases in Electrical Circuit is great too.)
Circuit Naming does not work with Feed Through Lugs, I'm not surprised. I gonna be surprised if the two features worked with synergy as should be.
