Family inside linked model not visible correctly

Hi,

I need to see a family from a linked model (Communication) in my model (Electrical)

There is a specific family that is not visible correctly (missing generic annotation).

Another thing is, that for some reason - in the original model the "Schedule Level" is 60, while in my model the "Schedule level" of the family is 3286.

I tried modifying  visibility graphic:

filters changing coarse/fine/etc, scale, revit links visibility graphics, view range, plan region and more.

I also tried reloading the linked model and opened my model via "open and audit" command.

What could be the reason?

Thanks

In your screen shot there are other things that are different, not just that annotation. Is the annotation in question embedded in the family or is it a tag?

Have you tried using linked view without any custom settings?

Thank you for your comment. What else is different besides the annotation and the schedule level?

the annotation is in the family.

I tried setting it by linked view and modifying the family settings.

After some checkups, it seems that the "Elev" parameter in the "Project Base Point" is not the same as ours.

Can this affect the visibility of the annotation? I thought the Annotations are not affected by "View Range"/"Elev"
