ok try this.
how many users are in the model?
have them sync and relinquish all mine.
delete your local file and support folder for that model.
open, audit and create a new local file from central.
it may be caused by users not saving , syncing or relinquishing more frequently.
you local file is out of date.
do not open the local file from the Revit start screen.this local file will alwys be out of date and can cause loss of info.
