Equipment Clearances Revit and Navisworks

I need to show my clearances for coordination purposes. I have designed them in a generic family file. They look great in revit. The issue is when I use the add-on to export to navisworks .NWC file it comes in like the whole thing is the clearance. I created a subcategory and separate solids on each side. I have attached the files. Thanks for the help in advance. I am also not sure why but it isn't allowing me to attach the .rfa file to the forum I am getting the message. If you could help there I will get it posted or can email it.

Having some experience with Revit family electrical equipment clearances and viewing your NWC, I would ask a few questions first. In your Revit family did you create individual extrusions for equipment and clearances? Did you VG in the family and create separate object styles for equipment and clearance? And then in the main family window click on the element and assign the sub-category to the element? I would also suggest having separate materials assigned to equipment and clearance. Getting "Composite Part" can be a pain.

Yes my clearances are individual extrusions. I created a subcategory under object styles. My material is then based on category. Yes they have been assigned.

I fixed this by going under the object styles and selecting material for the equipment and the clearances.

Might as well change your Generic Model category to Electrical Equipment in the family. The only other thing I can think of is to NOT do material by category. In the family, click on the element, click on material, duplicate the default material and name it specific to your element. Do this for each element you want to be unique in Navis.
