Energy Modeling / Open Studio CLI Issue

Hi,

We got new computers and we are trying to room the Energy Analysis (Revit 2021) and it's not working. I'm getting " OpenStudio CLI for Revit." The interesting part is that I can run the simulation with another computer.

It's a new dell computer with the following characteristics. 

Windows Version: Version 10.0.19043 Build 19043

System Model Vostro 5502

System Type x64-based PC

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz, 1690 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)

BIOS Version/Date Dell Inc. 1.4.1, 3/30/2021

give spaces numbers AND names and then try again please.

if it doesn't work you might want to consider to share the .rvt file so we can take a look.
