Electrical Panel Schedule 1 Phase 3 Wire

I'm struggling with my panel schedule for a 1 phase 3 wire panel. I cannot get the phases to change from 3 to 1 or the wires to change from 4 to 3. As far as I can tell everything should be showing up that way. A little stuck. Any help would be great.

Hello,

 

Can you post a image of the distribution system you set to the panel, it works OK for me.
