Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to change out the comma in a 3 pole circuit and replace them with a slash?

Hi @coleLHPZ3

Hope you are well! Smiley Happy Could you possibly assist with a screenshot of the comma which you're trying to change? So basically a screenshot of your current tag.

Thank you!

ELECTRICAL FIXTURE TAG.PNG

Here is the tag. That is currently a 3 pole j-box that takes up circuits 2,4,6. Would it be possible to exchange the commas with slashes.

you can change that in your Tag family
edit family select the label you want to edit and add the suffix - or prefix depending on where you want the Hyphen to display

Circuit Label.JPG

this example will result in Panel-1 your example will be L1A-2-4-6 with the suffix for each circuit being a Hyphen not a comma

No it won't.  It'll put a dash after the panel name, but the circuit will still be named "2,4,6".  So far as I know, there's no way to change that in any Electrical Setting.  I want it to read 2(4,6), personally.  But I've never seen anyone able to alter the default multi-pole circuit numbering system.

my mistake I left out a piece of info that I thought might fix the problem

I tried to change the display here at the Electrical Settings General, Circuit Sequence from (1,2, to 1-2-)

Revit does not like that.

this is what drives the result

this may be an Revit API solution

We are having the same issue.  Did anybody figured out how to use slashes instead of commas on a 3 pole circuit?
