editing floor levels

Hi attached is an image of the issue I'm having. I have a level Level 1 which is set at an elevation of 0'0". 0'0" is the top of my walls. I'm trying to edit this wall and make 0'0" the floor. Please help.

Did you draw the walls using Structural Wall?  Look at the walls properties and if it is similar to below, then change Base offset to 0, Top Offset to 10' or whatever the height you want them to be.
