Duct Junction Routing Preference Not Editable

I am trying to change the junction routing preference on my duct but the field is grayed out. See attached image. This is preventing me from connecting my ducts together with a junction.

Maybe there aren't any families of the appropriate type in the project?

Hello,

I the setting above the Junction, the setting is tee, the greyed out family is a tap, if you change the setting from tee to tap, the junction will be available for edition.
