Dimensions to pipe edge off from target.

Hi all,

I am adding dimensions (baseline) to drainpipe in a sectional view and I noticed that the snaps were no longer working properly. I was having a hard time finding the snap for the edge of a pipe. I could get the centerline to activate no problem. I used tab to cycle through the snap options and it did snap to what looks like 1/4" off from the actual edge of the pipe (see attached screen shot). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Update: I found that it only happens in certain sectional views. If I delete the section view and add it again, the problem disappears. Unfortunately so do all my dimensions...

you should be able to hover over the pipe and TAB Select the edge of the pipe.
