Dimension vertical line

I have a question about dimenions in revit.

It is possible to aling the line in a vertical line?

Automatically this is not happening as I tried.

The way to align the endpoints of the dimension lines is to dimension points that are aligned. Have a look at your dimension settings and look for something called dimension line gap. That is the distance between the dimension line and the point it is dimensioning. You could get what you ask for but, unless the points that you are dimensioning are aligned, it's not good drafting.
