Hi.
I'm currently putting together a set of drawings for a data install @ one of my sites.
I have figured out how to add the device and a tag from which I can reference the no of ports required.
When I add a device on the first floor it shows as a device but when I add the device on the ground floor it shows as a symbol! I cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening or how to change each floor to simply be a symbol.
I have attached the 2 photos for clarity. Please help!
