Dependant view Grid behaviour

Hi

i have dependant view.

i adjust crop box in the dependant view according to my need to make enlarge plan (for screen shots).

when i adjust my crop box, my grids follows my crop box. but now i have problem as shown in the attached screen shot, some of the grids are not moving according to cropbox, i tried to adjust and lock it with other grids, but still it is not moving with crob box.

please advise.

when you select the crop region, do you get 1 crop region or is there another one controlling the right side?

when you select the crop region, did you put a checkmark in the instance properties palette for annotation crop region...this is separate
