Data Panel is the only one available

I never had this issue before.  I need to create panel schedules and the only one available is the Data Panel.  My voltage definitions are set and correct.  I have created a new project using the electrical template, transfer project standards and still the only template available is the Data Panel. 

Any thoughts would be great!

I found my error. I selected the device and not the panel.  Selecting that panel allowed me to choose the correct template.
