Creating a Revit duct transition

Good morning Revit MEP users, I'm in need of assistance on creating a Duct transition part. I have tied to create it with connectors at 3 ends and I cannot figure out what I have been doing wrong. I have created these before and some reason nothing I have done is working. I need the part to change sizes on each end when its connected to a different duct size without adding additional transitions or parts. I have added a picture and an inventor/.rfa part. The Inventor/Revit family doesn't change size at the connector part. I tried to ad the revit family that was created in inventor but it would accept it.

Any assistance would be appreciated

Thanks Brian

Can you post the RFA?

It's an inventor part (.ipt) converted to a Revit family (.rfa), but the Autodesk link won't accept it. Every time I link it the post deletes the link. Is there another way to for me to send it or link it?

Thanks Brian

I'm sure I've seen RFAs posted before. Maybe it's got something to do with your side.

Load the part into a fresh project and upload that?
