When i copy air terminals they placed without beening attached to the duct, when the duct has different size / height.

is there any way to multiple copy / array the air terminals while keep it always attached to the duct?

Use of array will always detach the air terminal from the duct connection and this is how Revit works at the moment, mostly the tapping to the main duct will get detached, and there's no other way you can keep them together using array and you have to reconnect them again one by one.  Use "Copy" instead of "Array", copying will keep the connections together.
