Is there any way to change the connectors of several pipes together in the revit model? For some reason the connectors are changed to none and I have been selecting one pipe at a time and changing connectors for each of them

I've no idea what you mean by this. Do you mean the system is undefined?

For some reason the connectors are changed to none and I have a bunch of pipes for which I need to select the connector connectors from the scroll down. When i select multiple pipes i dont get the " edit Part" option to change the connectors.

You mean Fabrication MEP pipes rather than Revit system family? I can't help with that
