Connecting Pipe Fitting to Fitting

Hi there,

I am creating a pipe network in a pump station, with a series of tees, elbows, and straight lengths of pipe. Whenever I add in a tee or an elbow, and then I want to connect it directly to another fitting (say, a tee right into an elbow), I can't seem to do that. Instead, I have to insert a piece of pipe and then shrink it down until Revit tells me that "pipe length is too short". This piece of pipe is flanged on both ends, creating extra flanges I don't want. If I delete the piece of pipe, I can't connect the fittings directly together. Is there a way to connect fitting to fitting? I've found this article from Autodesk, which seems to imply that it is possible (here)...although I am not quite sure what the "Connector Properties Dialog Box" is, or how to find the "Content Builder".

Appreciate any guidance!

I've also attached a screenshot of what the flanged fitting connected to a spool piece of pipe connected to another flanged fitting looks like.

I checked and used one of the flanged elbows from the UK library. As you might see from the screenshot when I drag the elbow at connector point to the other elbow it snaps together and the fittings stay connected afterwards.

Great! I think I was trying to drag and connect differently before (I used the 'Move' command) and that didn't seem to work. The way you've just described did! Thanks!
