Clash Detection

I'm looking to clash detect the pipe against the wood member and create a hole. Can someone help in how to use this option in Revit 2019?

Is your pipe in same model as the member?

Yes, They both are in the same model.

If you want do clash detection here is a link on Interference Checking.

If you want to cut a hole in the structural lumber support for the pipe to go through use the by face feature.
