There is no option for any fan type equipment to connect with a switch except power in Revit.

a workaround or alternative trick to connect a ceiling fan is suggested, where a lighting device is suggested to incorporate with fan and switch connection to be formed with that embedded light on that fan family. But could this fix other data regarding switch and panels? Hopefully no. So i like to know from Revit developers, that, is it a very hard task to make a ceiling fan family with switch connection option?
