cant add duct hosted air terminal to duct system? revit 2020

Hi! Using Revit 2020 and I'm modeling some return air ducts with return grilles that are located directly on the duct. I downloaded the families from Titus HVAC ( here is the link to the family https://www.titus-hvac.com/Products/Grilles/S8F  ) and for some reason, I cant add them to my Return Air duct system. There is a video below- A regular air terminal included in the mechanical template shows "layout" and "create systems" options in the ribbon, but this one I've downloaded doesn't have those options, even when I disconnect it from the duct. When I check using the tab key I can see that the grilles aren't part of the system. I've been stumped all day. How can I connect these grilles to my return air system?

The family doesn't have a duct connector so it has no MEP capability.

Add a duct connector, make it Return if that's the system you want, direction will be "out", flow configuration Preset.
