Cancellation of subscriptions

Has anybody in Australia been able to contact a person in Autodesk, get any support or even find how to change the auto renewal settings?

Thanks so much for the guidance. When I follow this link, it takes me to a
welcome page of Autodesk Australia, where the is a phone number in the US
where offices are closed.

I put an email request and anticipate an answer in a few days. Others may
have the same problem?

You can access the renewal settings for your Autodesk Desktop Subscription from your Autodesk Account at accounts.autodesk.com.

Note: You can update renewal setting for active subscriptions only. To regain software access after your subscription expires, purchase a new subscription for your Autodesk software.

Access Renewal Settings

To access your subscription renewal settings:

1. Sign into your Autodesk Account.
2. Locate your software title in the list of Products & Services and click the arrow to reveal your subscription details.
3. Click the Edit Renewal link in the Contract Renewal Date or Subscription Renewal Date section.
   
   Note: The information displayed may vary depending on your subscription or license type and software title.

   

4. Follow the on-screen instructions for updating your renewal settings. Refer to the instructions below for specific details.
   
   Note: The options available for modifying your subscription renewal settings may vary depending on your product and when you purchased it. You may be directed to the Autodesk Store or remain in Autodesk Account to complete changes to your subscription renewal settings.

Cancel Subscription Renewal in Autodesk Store

If the Edit Renewal link in your Autodesk Account takes you to the Autodesk Store, you'll use your original order number to look up and change your subscription renewal settings.

To cancel subscription renewal in the store:

1. Enter your order number and password on the Look Up Your Order page on the Online Store.

   

   Finding Your Order Number and Password

   You need the Order Number and Password you used when you placed the original order for your Desktop Subscritpion. This information may be different from your Autodesk Account sign-in information.

   The Order Number can be found on the email message sent from the Autodesk store when you made your original purchase. If you can't remember the Password you used, click the "Forgot your Password?" link.

   

2. Click in the Manage Auto-Renewal Plan link.

   

3. Click the off option under Automatic Renewal and then click Accept to verify the change in the pop-up window. This will stop automatic billing. Access to software and services associated with your Desktop Subscription contract will end on the Expiration Date listed.

Cancel Subscription Renewal in Autodesk Account

If the Edit Renewal link activates a pop-up window, you can manage your renewal and billing settings within Autodesk Account.

To cancel subscription renewal in your Autodesk Account:

1. Click the Cancel renewal link.

   

2. Click the box next to "Yes, cancel this renewal . . ." and then click the Confirm Cancellation button.

   

   The product display in your Autodesk Account will now show the expiration date for your subscription and offer the option to "Turn on auto-renewal" if you wish to retain access to the products and services associated with your Desktop Subscription.
