Can't select edges of round objectsto hatch

I need to create 2D drawings from a revit model with imported inventor models as rvt.

When I try to create an area in a section, I cannot select the projected edges of the pipes.

It is therefore not possible to make a selection on all pipes in the building.

Is there a solution for this?

Hello,

You can try using lines; they snap better than dimensions. Then, make the dimensions using the lines.

I can't select them either. I can't select the lines with lines, nor with dimensions.
