I have 2 problem.

1) I have some pipes can't change system type . I want to change from 'other' to 'sanitary'. (can refer that picture)

2) When I change system type of pipe (for example : 'other' to 'sanitary' on first floor plan ), the pipeline not shown on the plan but it is shown on the ground floor plan. So, how to make that pipes 'sanitary' shown on the first plan?

Thank you in advance.

Difficult to say without more details but I would say:-

  1. The category is being driven by the settings in a connected family.
  2. There is a view filter which hides sanitary pipes.

To be definitive though it would be best if you could upload your model.

I get the point number 2 and its already solve.
But i don't understand about solution number 1. What do you means 'The category is being driven by the settings in a connected family.' ? If you don't mind, can you show me how to solve the problem step by step?

Thank you in advance.

The connector in the plumbing fixture family has a system classification. This classification will be pushed into the pipe when you connect to it.
If you uploaded your project file I could look at it for you.

For example the water connector in this family is Domestic Cold Water so automatically the pipe adopts that classification. I can only change it to another one of my domestic cold water systems:

Same for the drain:

If I pull the pipe away from the connector I can change to a different classification:

Then I can reconnect it to the fixture and it will retain the new classification but any calculations etc probably won't work because the classification of the pipe is not the same as the classification of the connector in the family.
