BIM Interoperability tool error

When trying to create a spreadsheet for my project, i am having a error message appear "Row out of range"

i have set up all steps and have managed to create a spreadsheet for a smaller project but when trying to do same thing on a larger model i appear to hit a error, if there something i need to change in "setup Project" to compact the spreadsheet down

The excel is having max rows of 1048576

@amarkonathala is probably right...this is most likely due to you exceeding the million row limit in Microsoft Excel with your output. Here is a blog post on the issue and how you can resolve it.
