BIM Duct Connector Issues When Exporting from Inventor to Revit

All,

Good afternoon!  I've run into a bit of an issue and I'm curious as to why I'm having this issue.  I've constructed a handful of models and gotten them Revit ready, but as you see in the ScreenCast below, I'm clearly not getting the results I want from the Duct Connectors.  Basically the dimensions for the duct work look to be getting reversed from what I want and expect.  Please take a look at the video link below and I'd love any advice!  Thanks in advance for any assistance, hope all is well and have a most blessed day!

Peace,

Pete

Hello,

I have used Inventor to generate the geometry, but not with connectors:

One thing to check when exporting is the family orientation, I have this issue that Inventor orientation is different from Revit, exchanging axis orientation.

Another point to pay attention, is that the element is converted as generic model category, you have to enter the family editor to change it. You can check the connector setting here as well. If your geometry is simple, better to create the family inside Revit!

Tip for loading families, in the Insert tab, you will find the Load Family command, so you don´t need to start a new project to insert the new family!
